Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Have you ever wanted to understand the reason you engage in a certain behaviors? Have you ever felt yourself be pulled in different directions when trying to make a decision? IFS can help us understand different “parts” of ourseleves and what influences them. Through this work, you can reduce internal conflict, nurture self compassion, and heal past wounds, gaining clarity and inner harmony.
Somatic Informed Therapy
The body holds so much wisdom. Somatic informed therapy helps us tune into physical sensations, release tension, and regulate the nervous system. This approach supports clients in feeling safer in their bodies, more present, and better able to navigate stress and/or trauma.
Brainspotting
Trauma can sometimes get “stuck” in the body and mind. Brainspotting can help us access and release unresolved experiences. Brainspotting is also supportive for resourcing, and promoting resilience.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness cultivates present moment awareness without judgment. It supports emotional regulation, reduced anxiety, and increased presence and focus, helping us to respond to life with clarity and calm.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT focuses on identifying and challenging unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. It provides us with practical strategies to reduce anxiety, stress, and overwhelm, helping clients gain clarity and feel more in control.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT helps us to move towards the values we want our life to be led by. It guides us in clarifying personal chosen values, in accepting difficult emotions, in “unsticking” from unhelpful thoughts, and assists with taking meaningful actions that are feasible. ACT helps reduce avoidance, build resilience, and support a life that aligns with what truly matters to you.
