Treading Your Own Path Towards Real Healing

Facing trauma and life’s painful experiences is brave work. With compassion and guidance, you can navigate it, and I would be honored to walk alongside you on your own unique, mindful path forward.

I am a Bilingual/Bicultural Latina and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I work with clients who are ready to do the work and dive deep into therapy. I specialize in working with women and genderqueer folx around:

  • Stressful/Traumatic Childhoods

  • Life Transitions

  • Imposter Syndrome

  • Betrayal Trauma

  • Anxiety / Depression

  • Self Compassion Development

  • Inner Child/Parts Work

My Approach

I use an intuitive and eclectic approach in therapy and incorporate talk therapy with mindfulness techniques, movements, and self compassion to assist clients in developing resilience and awareness of the mind and body connection. I often bring humor into sessions, and our time together can be experiential and reflective. I strongly believe that with the proper support and guidance people can learn to heal themselves as well as learn to listen to their own inner wisdom from their greatest and highest self.

Modalities Used/Training

I have had trainings in brainspotting, dialectical behavioral informed therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotional freedom technique (tapping), internal family systems (parts work), polyvagal theory, somatic informed therapy, using projective tools (ie: imagery, cards), and I have my 200 hour yoga teacher certification.
